Terms of use

Last updated: 11 October 2026

MindtheGrid is a free daily puzzle game, run as a hobby by Jack, an individual based in the UK. By using it, you agree to these terms.

The game

The game is free and provided as it is. I’ll do my best to keep it running, but I can’t promise it will always be available, error-free or unchanged. I may change, pause or end the game, or any feature of it, at any time.

Your progress

Your progress is saved only on your device. I can’t see it, so I can’t recover it if it’s lost. If you want a copy, keep a backup code somewhere safe.

Supporting the game

Supporting MindtheGrid on Ko-fi is optional. A gift doesn’t unlock anything in the game, and everyone gets the same game. Payments, receipts and refunds are handled by Ko-fi under its own terms.

Fair play

Don’t try to break, overload or scrape the game.

TfL data

Station information comes from Transport for London’s open data. Powered by TfL Open Data. Contains OS data © Crown copyright and database rights. MindtheGrid is not affiliated with or endorsed by Transport for London. I check the data, but station details can be out of date or wrong. If you spot a mistake, email [email protected].

Liability

The game is for fun. As far as the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss from using it, including lost streaks or progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes

I may update these terms. If a change matters, I’ll say so on the site.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
